All sales are final. Yield Marketing does not offer refunds, credits, or returns on any fees paid.
By purchasing any Yield Marketing service — including but not limited to Yield AI Studio Leads, High Intent Shopper Data, or Market Spread Intelligence — you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All one-time setup fees are non-refundable. Setup fees cover the cost of campaign buildout, audience research, creative development, and account configuration, which begins immediately upon payment.
Monthly recurring fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive service through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Ad spend funds transferred to advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.) are governed by those platforms' own terms and are not refundable by Yield Marketing. Once ad spend is deployed, it cannot be recovered.
Lead credits and data packages are non-refundable once delivered or activated. We are committed to delivering high-quality, exclusive leads; however, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates, policy sales, or revenue outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control including agent follow-up, market conditions, and pricing competitiveness.
Concerns about your service? If you believe there has been a technical error or a billing mistake, please contact us at info@yield-marketing.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
You may cancel your Yield Marketing subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation, and your service will remain active through the date already paid for.
Please note: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid. See our No Refund Policy above.
Important: Cancellation requests submitted via phone, social media, or any channel other than email to info@yield-marketing.com will not be considered valid until confirmed in writing. We recommend retaining your confirmation email as proof of cancellation.
If you cancel and wish to reactivate your service at a later date, you are welcome to do so. Please note that reactivation may be subject to current pricing, availability, and a new setup fee. Your previous territory exclusivity cannot be guaranteed upon reactivation.
